To all customers. As you have seen we had to withdraw all the stuffings due to incorrect use by dates.
THE AFFECTED PRODUCTS ARE
ASDA STUFFINGS
M&S STUFFINGS. AND STUFFING BALLS
ASDA COCKTAIL SAUSAGES
ALL OTHER STUFFINGS WERE WITHDRAWN
If any customer has them from previously purchased please dispose of them or bring them back for a full refund or swap for something different. Nicholls Meats takes food safety very seriously and we made the decision. Not to sell these products even though the supplier agreed to us to re date them and use within 5 days but didn’t want to do this hence why we withdraw from sale.
We also had some small cocktail sausages which were also incorrectly dated. If any customer has them please return to store for a full refund or swap for something different.
All our pork sausage is fine these are made from FL Edge and are not affected.
Please accept my apologies for stuffing issue. I would never allow unsafe food to be sold hence why I withdrew all stuffing products.
No other products are affected.
ALL OUR PIGS IN BLANKETS , PORK SAUSAGE MEAT AND PORK SAUSAGES ARE MADE BY FL EDGE AND ARE NOT AFFECTED
