The Britten Shopping Centre comprises nineteen retailers, grouped under a barrel-vaulted Victorian style roof, on an area long known to as ‘the prairie’.
A 330 space multi-storey car park, the town Library, the main Bus Station are all on our doorstep and all major amenities are nearby.

No visit to Lowestoft is complete without visiting the seafront to enjoy the golden sandy beach and interactive fountains. With Lowestoft being Britain’s most Easterly point it’s the perfect opportunity to watch the day wake up.
Established in August 2013 as a Business Improvement District (BID) Lowestoft Vision is business led and business focussed. As an organisation and company limited by guarantee, Suffolk Chamber of Commerce manages the BID with policies, projects and objectives being set by local business.
BIDs operate throughout the UK and have been extremely successful in sustaining economic growth for town centres.
The Lowestoft BID area covers a defined area around the town where businesses have had and continue to input into how we improve our town and the trading environment, identifying future projects and developing services in the town that improve the economy.
Our objectives are to make Lowestoft “More Secure, More Attractive, More Appealing and More Accessible” and as an organisation we will be “More Influential” on the issues that affect business in the town.
